S - M fits chest 26 to 28 inches ** pls measure with fabric tape

L - XL 29 - 31 inches

2XL - 3XL - 32 - 33 inches

Bunny Head measured approximately 5 x 5 inches with 3 inches to cover the parts and his backed with soft cotton rib. Bunny ears can move on elastic as far left or right to support all bodies. Ties in back with nice pink doll elastic.
